1. Accept the now. Surrender to the now. Let it be. Take deep breaths< 2. Recognize the difference between thought and reality A big concern for many people with intrusive thoughts is the fear they may act out on a dark intrusive thought, such as harming someone they love. Your thoughts create so be focused, start thinking the results you want to create 3. Identify the triggers Often go back to your childhood. Did something happen in the family? To you? How did your caretakers act? Write down the negative, put this paper on fire. Write down the positive oppisite on another paper and keep as affirmations, visible daily 4. Implement a positive change into your daily routine If you infuse your life with more positive vibes, you’re less likely to have space for negative ones. So why not integrate a lifestyle change that’s proven to make you feel good and develop it into a consistent habit? Some examples Eat very healthy and clean. No sugar, milkproducts, gluten. Eat bio. Practise yoga. Take walks in nature. 5. Talk to a positive friend If you have a friend that can give a positive support it can be very helpful.
