Let go of your thinking: Breath in energy, white light, peace, calmness. Breath out a grey fog with negative thinking and stress. 2 Spend some time in nature. Look at the beauty. Touch a tree. Walk slowly. Look at the animals. 3 Create beauty in your home. Take something inside from nature, a stone, a piece of wood, a flower. Create like an altar with beautiful things. Put your affirmations visible at some place. Put photos of happy times on the wall. Create a dreamboard. 4 Throw away old stuff you do not use. This helps you to let go of old patterns. Old history. It will create new space for you at home and in your mind. 5 Write down the negative thoughts you have and put this paper on fire. Let go of the fears. Focus on the opposite positive instead. Like this you release the blockages you put up yourself. 6 Write down some future goals. The end result you wish. For example - I am safe and secure. I am at peace and calm.
