Overanalyze

To overanalyze can be quite hard to try to overcome, however, here are a few things you can do that may help.
1. Talk Yourself Out Of It By Become more self aware.
  • ‘How am I feeling?’ In my body.
  • ‘Do I really need to worry?’
  • ‘What can I do to change how I am feeling?’
You should hopefully be able to rationalize with yourself, understand how you are feeling, and talk yourself out of over thinking. What advice would you give to a friend in the same situation?
2. Put Things Into A Wider Perspective
Sometimes you can feel stuck when you are overthinking; often caught in a trap.
Breath.  Look at the situation from above. 
Will this matter in 5 or 10 years time?’ or ‘Is this going to affect me in the long term?
3. Accept you do not have to Control Everything
When people overanalyze, they usually will analyze every possible feeling or ‘what ifs’ towards the future, but when you understand that you cannot control the future, it may help you to start taking back control of your thoughts. Let universe do the job. 
4. Distract Yourself
Start a new hobby. Go dancing. Move around the furnitures at home. Go spend time in nature or with animals.  
5. Write Out Your Thoughts
Try to get your thoughts out onto paper, as it can help you to clear your mind and reflect. Having the thoughts written down may also help you to see whether they are rational and if you should be using your time thinking about them. This can help you to stop overanalyze.  Write down the negative thinking and the fears. Put fire on this paper so only the ashes rest. Write the opposite positive on another paper. Keep as affirmations. 
6. Change Your Environment
You could go outside, in the park or the woods, you could go to the library or even a coffee shop where you can just can be present.
