How to stop being an overthinker
CONTACT ME FOR A COACHING SESSION To be an overthinker can be exhausting. You are staying on a lower vibration. You Don't move forward in a smooth way. You feel like you are pushing things. You have fears. Here are some steps you can take that will get you out of the overthinking state. How to stop being an overthinker: 1. The first thing is to be aware of that you in fact are overthinking. You have some tension and stress in your body. You feel tired and blocked. So take a step back, take 4 deep breaths. Look at the situation a little from outside, from above. Get in contact with your inner self for a moment. Distract your thoughts by looking at someting neutral or beautiful. Maybe an animal or a plant in the nature. Just be in the now for some seconds or minutes if possible. If possible - get in contact with your inner love, light, peace. This is probably not possible in the beginning. 2. Write down the negative thoughts, negative feelings, the fears etc that are present. Sit with this list for a short while and do a reflection. Is this really your thoughts and feelings - or is it an old pattern? A heritage that you will stop now? So you can free yourself (and also the past generations plus the ones coming ). What are the feelings? For example: I Don't have enough money. I am not good enough. I am insecure. etc. Then put fire on this list. Let it go!!!!! Understand that this is not who you are!! Since thoughts are electricity and emotions are magnetism you will now start to change! And move up on the scale towards reaching your positive goals. 3. On another paper write down the positive opposite affirmation. For example I am wealthy. Money Always flows in to my life. I am perfect. I am good enough. I am safe and secure etc. And keep this list visible, read it daily. And FEEL the affirmations. Be grateful for this. To be thankful open up the door to your dreams. To be fearful closes the door. It is a vibrational Journey towards positive feelings and thoughts. Slowly you will be more steady in your good feelings. If you can sit and meditate for 10 min daily it will speed up the process! So take a step back. Write down the negative feelings and put fire on them. Write the opposite positive affirmation. Read and feel them daily Remember - be your own king and queen in life!! Stand out. No need to be like everybody else. Break old heritage, old patterns. Understand that you are so perfect, just to be you. No need to compare to others. Find your life path.
